To See is To Believe
Supposing God does not exist and the universe begin by 'chance', are we humans a result of evolution, mere biological creatures, with the sole purpose to be born, live, reproduce, and then die to become part of the earth's composition? Is this an acceptable "scientific" explanation? Although I am in no way condemning science's explanation of creation, I believe in what Albert Einstein said-- "Science without religion is lame, religion without science is blind."
I think one reason many don't believe in God is because they don't see Him. Come to think of it, why doesn't God just show himself to us and declare to our face, "I am God", probably with some thunder and lighting. Who then would question the existence of God? But He doesn't. It takes faith to sincerely believe in Him. However, there is no want in concrete physical proof of a God who created the universe. You just have to open your eyes and look around you. Use logic; if there is a creation, there must be a creator. Scientific minds can only go so far as discovering what is there and analyzing it, but if it excludes all aspects of God, then it cannot explain why what's there is there.
I can give no explanation for God's existence because, really, that is not the question. God is the creator. We're the creation. If we question God's existence, we question ours as well.
